10 BL Boys I Want Carnally To Love, Take Care and Cuddle With Every Night
@bunnakit awww thank you for the tag 𫶠as an asexual i can't say i spent much time thinking about fucking anyone (so coming up with this list was really hard ;_;) but if any of these characters propositioned... i would NOT say no đ
10. Phob (Something In My Room)
if there is an award for cutest ghost of all time in a BL series, i think Phob will take home easily. Phob deserves better sex. my meow meow friendly ghost Phob, i will tuck you in bed my ghost sweetie đ„șđ«¶
9. Shao Fei (History 3: Trapped)
my righteous cop with a strong sense of justice, i really love Shao Fei so much. Shao Fei doesn't beat around the bush and is really straightforward with his wants, I LOVE HE!
8. Khuafah (Sky In Your Heart)
Khuafah, the HOT CHARMING doctor that you are. i would volunteer to get sick every day just to visit him đ«
7. Gene (Lovely Writer)
if Gene ever needs to write a straight romance novel, i'm happy to make out with him for research purposes đ
6. Pisaeng (Be My Favorite)
most patient boyfriend who tries super hard to get you plushies? yea i would bang Pisaeng in a heartbeat, no doubt. in fact, i believe Pisaeng would be considerate and wait for me to be ready (Pisaeng babe i'm always ready for you đ)
5. Tennoji Haru (Trillion Game)
while Trillion Game is DEFINITELY not BL, but Meguro Ren was in Kieta Hatsukoi so my boy should get a PASS đ€ Haru is confident yet humble, self-proclaimed selfish yet always selfless. god i love competent men *swoons* Trillion Game is out on Netflix, please check out my boy Haru and his boy(friend) Gaku and their start-up adventure together đ„șđđ.
4. Charn (Laws of Attraction)
while i can't guarantee that i can give Charn a good time, i believe that as a fellow lawyer i can assist Charn with any case work he got. Like i said, i am a sucker for competent men đźâđš.
3. Tangmo (Great Men Academy)
you don't understand how obsessed i am with the og golden retriever, nation's boyfriend, Tangmo. it's been 4? years... i have not let him go... gentle soft boi but great at judo too? i think Tangmo and i should have our wrestling sessions ending up as makeout sessions.
2. Joe (My Stand In)
this is kind of a cheat but i've read the original novel for My Stand In (Professional Body Double by Shui Qian Cheng) and i can confirm Joe/Zhou Xiang is the sweetest soul, most precious, unluckiest gay ever (Ming, you are on sight, watch it sir or imma steal Joe away). i'm super excited for My Stand In because i hope i get to fall in love with Joe once again the way i fell super hard, head over heels for him when i finished this danmei novel within less than 24 hours. (was this shameless PR for Poom Phuripan's new BL series next year? yes, yes it absolutely was đ€)
1. Khun Yai and Jom (I Feel You Linger In The Air)
if i don't have a gentle lover like Khun Yai Kritsada Palathip or a soft boyfriend like Jom Ravit Pittayanan then what's the POINT. i want both of them so BAD. also isn't it such a crime that Yai lives his entire life the rest of his live in celibacy, having fucked only ONE person (the love of his life) in his lifetime. LET ME IN. i will love both of you equally.
+ bonus: Chef Guy (Bake Me Please)
did you REALLY think i was gonna end my list without current loml, our resident sad boi, considerate and caring Chef Guy? đ
Guy deserves a spot on here because well i'm absolutely feral for this man. Guy is just the nicest guy and i will literally do anything for him. Guy had me at hello but my heart truly broke when he comforted Peach saying he doesn't want to see Peach who's given him so much positivity, cry đ.
oooooh that was soooo hard ;_; i love all these characters, maybe one day i need to start listing the female characters i'd totally hypothetically bang too because WOMEN ARE HOT đ„.

If you're still doing the 5 characters prompt...
Mia Fey, Gregory Edgeworth, Phoenix Wright, Apollo Justice, and Athena Cykes
5) Apollo. Dunno, aside form his finale in SOJ, I never vibed with the guy. He's fine. I played AJ ages ago and wasn't impressed, so maybe that soured my perception...
4) Athena. She's cute and with a legit disturbing trauma! Yay! She's only penalized by the games not allowing her to take actually important cases, which is a shame, because I'm all for a female attorney with the spunk of an assistant.
3) Gregory Edgeworth. I2-3 is the stuff of legends. My man is very down to earth, and that makes him stand out in the colorful cast of AA. He's calm yet sharp and determined, until the bitter end. And he loved his son so much.
2) Mia. I made a whole post about her :P
1) Phoenix. The man of all time. I do think Ryuu is an improvement over everything Phoenix did, but the original is always the original. He's determination and faith incarnate, ever since he was a child: pretty much the superhero of lawyers. Also he's funny as hell lol.

Justice for All Cases Ranked
This list is probably going to be more predictable, since I feel like most peopleâs opinions on this game are pretty similar to each other, but Iâm doing it anyways!
DISCLAIMER: Spoilers ahead! This is also all my own opinion (and subject to change), so please donât take this as fact or whatever. Also, there are very few cases that I actively dislike, since most of them are extremely good in my opinion. Enjoy!
#4: Turnabout Big Top
Yeah, I hate this case. Worst in the series, easily. I donât want to talk about it much, so Iâll just say this: pedophilia is gross; the music is grating; EVERY character sucks (one exception (Regina didnât deserve jackshit of what happened to her)), and I canât believe they wasted Turnabout Goodbyeâs anniversary on this garbage. The end.
#3: The Lost Turnabout
As far as first cases go, this one might be my least favorite. Itâs an interesting concept, but feels contrived to me. Maggey is a wonderful character, but I feel like sheâs wasted in this case (and Recipe for Turnabout, but weâll get to that later). Also, Richard Wellington is just Redd White without buildup or investment. This case is not bad, but certainly boring.
#2: Reunion and Turnabout
I can finally start saying positive things, yay! *throws confetti* Anyways, Reunion and Turnabout is a pretty fun case that I actually enjoy. The twist with the sisters was well done, and Mimi Miney is a sympathetic villain. Morgan Feyâs introduction is done wonderfully, and Pearls is a beautiful treasure that we must cherish. This case also introduced Franziska, who I love, and I will always be grateful for that. The one thing I donât like about this case is the fake Director Hotti, but thatâs something I can mostly gloss over.
#1: Farewell, My Turnabout
I canât think of a single person who, when criticizing this game, can say that this case is bad. I love it to bits, and thereâs almost too many reasons why. Milesâ reintroduction was done perfectly, the Maya situation was heartbreaking, Adrian Andrews deserved better, and Matt Engardeâs reveal was shocking in the perfect way. I will never forget the confusion I felt when I saw the âlet me consult myselfâ line, and âHow do you do... Mr. Lawyer? Iâm Matt Engardeâ will ALWAYS send shivers down my spine. While Justice for All didnât really have much of an overarching plot, this case fits in perfectly while also being more than able to stand on its own merits. The best possible way to end this game, easily.

BL Drama Ratings/Thoughts Pt.2
HIStory 2
HIStory 2 consisted of eight episodes, with two main story lines. Therefore, each story line has 4 episodes each.
Episodes 1- 4: Right and Wrong   8/10 This particular story took me some time to get into. I noticed I didnât really care much for the first episode, I was barely paying attention to it, but by the end I was in love with it. If every single person can be like these characters, this world would be in such a better place!! There are a few noted points of this drama that I hold VERY dear to my heart, VERY DEAR. (Possible spoilers?? Stop reading if you donât want a hint of anything, lol).
The fact that there was no gay panic. Zero. Zip. Nada.Â
The fact that Shi Yi Jie NEVER viewed his relationship with Xiao Fei as a weakness. Shi Yi Jie did not take any bullsh*t from anyone about his relationship. Especially from those who do not matter *cough cough Xin-Ru, you snake*
The side characters were phenomenal and soooooo encouraging. >> Xiao Feiâs momma threatening Shi Yi Jie with a fruit knife will forever be my favorite memory of this drama. >> Shao-an slapping some reality into his sisterâs face about her ego. ICONIC. âDonât think too highly of yourselfâ *yasssssssssssssssssss* >> Yo-Yo being so loving and adorable! Literally, the cutest.Â
Episode 5 - 8: Crossing the Line  10/10
Yâall do not know how much I love this drama. I literally love this drama soooooooooooo much, LITERALLY, words cannot describe how much I love it. I am a huge fan of sports dramas, therefore the plot line already had me like, âYES, LETâS GET INTO THIS! I AM EXCITED!â and then it evolved into everything Iâve ever wanted and more. There are two relationships in this drama, Yu Hao-Zi Xuan and Zhen Wen-Zhen Wu.
The Yu Hao x Zi Xuan relationship is everything; the character chemistry is undeniable. There were countless moments where I was like âthis is pure emotion, theyâre not acting this,â because YOU CANNOT FAKE IT. You cannot fake the way Yu Hao looked at Zi Xuan, you cannot fake how their body language adapts to each other so flawlessly, and you cannot fake the subtle movements in their faces and eyes when theyâre with each other. And of course, the locker room dream sequence. Itâs probably one of the most well-known kisses in BL drama history, LIKE HOW IT SHOULD BE. (I am still wondering to this day, what song they listened to, to help them get into that certain mood. Like, please share. Thank you.)
The second relationship is between Zhen Wen and Zhen Wu, who became step brothers through marriage. With them being supporting characters, we got just enough information to understand their relationship and tthey had enough growth to make us satisfied enough. The Volleyball Camp confession from Zhen Wen is literally so beautiful; he did such a great job conveying all those years of emotions that I felt like he was confessing to me, lol. (Iâm a fool, itâs been known).Â
AGAIN, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DRAMA. ONE OF MY FAVORITES THAT I REWATCH WEEKLY. ALSO THEIR OST IS BEAUTIFUL AF!! THIS DRAMA DESERVES MORE RECOGNITION!!!
HIStory 3: Trapped   7.5/10
The first of the HIStory series to get a FULL LENGTH drama in (20 episodes / 10 episodes if youâre watching it on VIKI). This makes viewers like moi super excited, because more drama time means more character and story development! YAY!
From the plot line; Trapped is about the relationship and connection between a police investigator, Meng Shao-fei and Tang Yi, the head of the Tianmeng gang. It gives off a very star-crossed lovers vibe due to both leads being on the opposite ends of the justice system.
The Tang Yi and Meng Shao Fei relationship....I donât even know where to begin with this honestly, haha. From the get-go I was already like *insert squealing emoji*, and they met up to my expectations. Like how do you NOT fan girl over them as a couple? How? I love how persistent and consistent Shao Fei is in everything; whether itâs his job or his love life. I also adore how even though Tang Yi acts so tough and cold, he submits to Shao Fei so easily. (ie; the voicemails he left for Shao FeiâŠ.and then getting super shy and embarrassed about them). *I LOVE THAT SCENE!* Also, letâs not forget the fact that Shao Fei publicly pursued Tang Yi and gave zero f*cks about it. They seriously just made me so happy. One minor note, is that I am a little salty we didnât see the full progression of Tang Yi and Shao Feiâs relationship. It seems like time flew by, but we werenât really told âhow much timeâ. Again, itâs just something Iâd like to see, but many others may disagree with this.Â
My mysterious Jack and my naive but always hungry Zhao Zi, why yâall got to be so cute? These side characters are absolutely adorable, and again, on the opposite ends of the spectrum once more. I do have a certain bone to pick with them though, cause in my opinion HONESTY is a huge thing, but I guess love makes you overlook many things. But still, I pray that in an after-story line they eventually talk it out and know where each person comes from. Secrets are never good in a relationship, no matter how cute yâall are together.
Overall, this drama was good. The expectation was a lot higher for me when compared to HIStory 1 and HIStory 2 due to this series being longer, and honestly they were almost met. This drama made me laugh, cry, madâŠ.along with many other emotions and I enjoyed every single second of it but there were a few things that just seemed so disconnected with me. Maybe itâs just me, idk. I wish I loved it more, but maybe I love the idea of it more? Itâs confusing. While there are some subtle things that bothered me for the oddest reasons (ie. the guns in episode 1; I am so sorry but I laughed when they cocked the gun. It sounded so hilariously fake, I couldnât hold in my laughter), I was able to overlook most of it. Itâs still a good drama to watch though, and recommended :)

Whoop boy, buckle in! Also I'm assuming this is a world where they ARE the character and they're not PLAYING the characters because then the answers would be different lol.
Phoenix Wright
I think it'd be funny for him to be an Assimar because bird. But like, he doesn't Know because that's even funnier. As for class he probably started as a bard (lore) but then multiclassed into rouge (inquisitive) during this world's equivalent of the 7YG.
Miles Edgeworth
High Elf. Listen, it's the pretentious regal vibe. Also mans is a school of enchantment wizard. I'm giving him access to vicious mockery tho.
Maya Fey
A kalashtar, also a warlock (undying). spirit mediums are hard to work into DnD. Warlocks have the chaotic energy to match Maya tho.
Mia Fey
Also a Kalashtar, all the Feys are Kalashtars. She would be a Grave Cleric. I feel like cleric fits her better than warlock. Something more solid and grounded.
Pearl Fey
Again, a Kalashtar. Little Pearls is a Divine Soul sorcerer. So much power in such a tiny body.
Trucy Wright
A changeling bard from the college of glamor. It's all about the âšmagicâš
Apollo Justice
He's a tiefling because haha horns. Apollo is a college of whispers bard because I have decided as I write this that the WAA are all bards of some capacity. Kristoph is the one who got Apollo to go into whispers. Phoenix then picks the kid up and teaches him the way of the Inquisitive Rouge. Yay multiclassing!
Klavier Gavin
Klavier is an Eladrin, specifically an autumn Eladrin. Guess what, another bard! Once again, college of glamor.
(*slaps Ace Attorney* this bad boy can fit so many bards)
Kristoph Gavin
A Winter Eladrin. He fronts as a bard (college of whispers) but most of his levels are actually in rouge with the mastermind subclass.
Athena Cykes
Athena is a inquisitive rouge (for the ear for deceit trait) and a half elf. As required by the WAA she multiclasses into Bard and opts for college of valor!
Simon Blackquill
A half orc blood hunter belonging to the Order of the Ghost Slayer.
If I remember I'll add more, for now I'm sleepy.
ok. what species and class would the aa cast be in a dnd au
#dnd#dnd5e#ace attorney#phoenix wright#miles edgeworth#maya fey#mia fey#pearl fey#trucy wright#apollo justice#klavier gavin#kristoph gavin#athena cykes#simon blackquill#dnd au#give me five hours I'll come back with full character sheets up for fifth level for everyone /hj#hyperfixation go brrrrrrr

warning, the following has mainly snarky (and possibly furious) opinions on Spirit of Justice. Reader discretion is advised.
alright... here we go. weâre starting the big one. this... thing is almost over.
weâre going back to........ kooraheen to finish this.
time to strap in for the long haul.
-
did Dhurke hijack the PP show or was he just watching it and he decided to make that speech at his TV
i honestly canât tell because of the weird way the scene was set. it looks like a reflection from a TV screen, but it also fades like a broadcast being intercepted...
fuck I'm just distracted by Dhurkeâs stupid voice. and uncomfortable at the actress playing Rayfa. imagine being the princess and having your favourite show turn you into a weird damsel in distress being manhandled by ninjas. gross.
also yay! theyâve got the indiana jones orb!! time to melt off some faces...
-
ok it was a hijacked show... ...why is there a news report on this in America? Are American troupes assisting in the Kooraheenese war?
-
âDaaaa-aaaad. Whatâre you up to thiiiiis time???â
i love how not-giving-a-shit-about-it apollo is here. and by love it i mean hate it.
oh, your long-lost adoptive father just happens to pop up on television starting a revolution, and this is the first time youâve heard from him in like 20 years? huh, no big deal.
-
AND ACE ATTORNEY TURNS INTO THE JERRY SPRINGER SHOW
-
oh noooo... heâs one of THESE guys... ururughhhhghghgh
-
âWait... donât tell me you havenât told anyone about me, son?â
âIâm sorry, dad, itâs just you didnât exist up until now...â
-
âyou just show up here without warning after all this time... what gives?â
apolloâs got a point there, pa. also Dhurkeâs theme reminds me of Coach Oleanderâs from Psychonauts
-
Apollo just instinctively knows that nobody wants to be around him unless theyâre getting labour out of him. Thatâs... honestly really depressing. I mean I know itâs supposed to be a joke but I just canât bring myself to laugh.
its just... apollo is legitimately so bitter and sad that i just feel awful for him.Â
-
yeesh... this whole thing just started off super sour.
-
wait, the piano has sentimental value to phoenix? they mentioned he never practiced on it and he didnât like being a piano player... does that mean this piano is something phoenix just happened to own, and has its own backstory? I WANNA KNOW
(snerk)
ok thats mean but it did make me laugh
-
the JACKET IS APOLLOâS
IT IS APOLLOâS
HOLY SHIT
the rest of this case can be total shit but at least we figured out the mystery of the discarded red jacket.Â
-
âour houseplant was called apolloâ
âwas it a cactus?â
âHowâd you guess?â
âcause apollo doesnât get enough hugs, either!â
-
apollos dad is so cool he reads his sonâs personal shit out loud. what a great guy!
-
âThatâs too bad! You seem like youâd be a fun, cool guy to hang out with!â
when he wasnât being a rebel and not having time for his kids, obviously.
-
THERE IT IS!Â
siblings dont know theyre siblings joke is funny both normally and ironically because the writers need to FUCKIN GET ON THAT
also i love that heâs basically like âhey son, this girl doesn't resent me! you should marry her so that i can continue to get favours out of you!â
-
âWhat did Mr. Dhurke mean when he said he was the man who raised you, apollo?â i dunno, trucy... think with your mind brains...
-
âHow come you never told me?!â
âSorry, itâs just, capcom hadnât butchered my backstory at that point yet.â
-
I honestly find it really weird that Trucyâs all chirpy about this. She of all people should know the sting of a dad just up and disappearing on you.
-
Dhurke: I have to steal this orb. Iâm asking you two because youre lawyers.
Kay Faraday, sitting in the Capcom warehouse: (sneezes)
-
Dhurke: I made a stupid gamble. Hope you can bail me out, son I havenât seen in 20 years!
-
nooo.... donât bring Kurain Village into this, pleeeeaaase... I donât want to have my favourite village ruined for meeeeee....
-
:3c i chose nope
-
i wonder what Trucy would do if Zak waltzed in and immediately asked her for a favour. tbf phoenix would probably launch him into the sun before he could set foot into the office but...
-
Ok... So Dhurke doesnât actually want to fix the legal system; he just said that he wants to gain immense spiritual power which will somehow give him the legal authority to RULE Kooraheen.Â
how does spiritual power have any effect on land deeds anyway?Â
-
âOnly the rulers of Kooraheen have ever laid eyes on the orb, Apolloâ
and Ahlbiâs seen the box.
-
âI figured you were poor as fuck so I brought you a plate of sushi!â
ok either A) He thought so little of Apollo that he assumed heâd just be starving on the street
or B) Heâs been keeping tabs on Apollo and knows that the WAA doesnât make a lot of cash, yet he hasnât made any attempt to contact Apollo himself. Until he needs a favour.
what a.... great guy.
-
what the FUCK
âhere, as my second present... a PICTURE OF YOUR REAL DAD, THE ONE WHO CARED ABOUT YOU AND IS DEAD. HOORAY!â
i can tell theyre trying to do the âHagrid gives Harry a photo album of his family for comfortâ but its REALLY NOT THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES.
-
His name was... JJ.
-
~as you know~
also why would a musician perform with magicians?Â
-
yâknow, ive seen pictures of Jove Justice so far. and A) he looks like a tool, and B) the designers were lazy as fuck and just slapped Apolloâs hair onto Phoenixâs face. I had a pretty negative opinion of him initially. I was thinking I wouldnât like any of Apolloâs new dads.
But you know what? If they go deeper into Joveâs backstory and prove that he was a caring father, Iâm ready to completely drop any criticisms of him and carry this guy on my shoulders
cause compared to Dhurke ill bet he's a freakin angelÂ
-
...welp... back to Kurain village. At least itâll remind me of bygone days...
...heh, aw. itâs cute. i like the sparrows on the roof.
ooh! an updated theme, too! not quite as nice as the original but it is nice.
-
he was full of piss and vinegar
jesus
-
yeah, kids run around naked. its not super surprising.
-
âman, I miss that hut...â
apollo youre gonna make me cry;;
-
Ema: :) iâll show you the way to Dr. Buff. SURPRISE, HES DEAD! AHAHAHAHHAHA
-
NOOO
MY SYSTEM FUCKED UP AND STARTED ME OVER FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE CHAPTER AAARGRRJHRFJ
id gone on a short break and i come back to this (weep)
-
...
does Dhurke have boobs..?
...or just extremely prominent pecs...
-
phew ok back on track.Â
wait hold on. if Dr. Buff is in Kurain village, where is he staying exactly? All the houses in Kurain village are old-style Japanese; this appears to be a modern day number.
-
âplease tell me youre jokingâ
âas if iâd come out here for a few laughs, Apolloâ
yeah but youre not above leading him to the drâs study and THEN telling him heâs dead WTF
-
ahah. further proof that stepladders are superior.
i mean i know he didnt actually fall off that ladder by accident or whatever but still
-
âyou could say he died an honourable death...â
...crushed under his nerd books like a fuckin cartoon :T
-
YEAH
POPS
POHLFUCKYA
-
âIâm so sorry... It seems youâve had quite a life.â
Why else would she say that except that some poor dialogue translator is secretly begging the series to stop fucking up his backstory
-
âI mean, middle-aged man with long hair and an eye-patch? You donât see that everyday.â
just give Valant an eyepatch
-
hang on. why does an archeologist in America have Kooraheenâs founding orb anyway? I thought it burnt peoplesâ faces off. And was super precious. Queen Garananana doesn't seem like someone whoâd just hand out a precious ball like that.
-
oh huh they found an ugly dalek. thats two dalek references in this game now...
-
did i just... have a ladder conversation about a relic that looks like an airplane.
-
why does everyone keep making blithe jokes about the doctors horrible death..? does that usually happen or am i misrememberingÂ
-
WHAT THE STATUE OF AMI AND THE URN AND THE GRAVY SCROLL ARE THERE NOOOOOO YOU GET YOUR SLIMY HANDS OFF THEM SOJ, PUT THEM BACK IN T&T WHERE THEY BELONG
god thereâs even a coffee shelf. i guess this side of the room is the âRelics of a better gameâ section.
-
polly the clean freak. what a sweetheart :)
-
aw yeah baby
its printing time
-
oh yeah i forgot this version of printing SUCKS
but i do like the little pap sound it makes when you put down powder
-
...they have Datz and Dhurkes prints on file.
You guys sure rock at being undercover.Â
-
ill give them credit for having the Dance of Devotion not rhyme in English.
seeing lyrics again just gives me flashbacks to Serenade tho
Guitar, Guitar... Up together to the sky...
-
MAY-OR DE-WEY
MAY-OR DE-We
wait that has the same number of syllables if you just say the pun
 PAUL-A TI-SHON
PAUL-A TI-SHON
-
...why the fuck is he in a palanquinÂ
anybody in a palanquin is bad news ALSO WHY DOES IT SAY RECLAIM THE GLORY OF KURAINÂ
KURAIN DOES NOT HAVE POLTIICIANS. ESPECIALLY NOT MALE ONES.
SOJ. SOJ WHAT IS THIS FUCKERY.
-
oh yeah heâs a bad guy
-
...king of this fine nation. First of all... America doesnât have kings. Second of all, Kurain isnât a country, itâs a small village. Either heâs a moron or SOJ is fucking up at unprecedented speedsÂ
-
...did his theme song just âwheeeeâ
-
âJerk Q. Publicâ
pffft
-
i wish you were golden boy. then you'd be morally questionable but entertaining.Â
-
I'm very uncomfortableÂ
-
k so weâre back in Kurain and so far weâve seen Zero women in total apart from Ema.
even the unnamed heckler was an old man.
is this the same Kurain Village I know?
-
wh- talk??
what do you mean talk???
i dont wanna talk to this guy he's a dickcheese!!!
-
Trucyâs 17 and she hasnât studied politics at least a little yet? ...weird
-
âIts real name is the Crystal of Ami Feyâ
wait what
-
âItâs been passed down for generations in the Atishon familyâ
WAIT WHAT
is he dicking around or is he distantly related to maya
or is he just totally dicking around
if so how dare he use Amiâs name in vain.
-
where is Datz from anyway
-
paul i dont mean to dash your hopes but becoming grand high emperor of kurain village will in fact not make you king of the world
-
datz sure is a good rebel... getting caught... and put in jail...........
damnit, Vore Machine, what am i gonna do with you?
-
well Apollo, from demon to deer. thats not bad.
-
dog-faced cop..??
if youre very sneakily referencing our old pal Gumshoe youve got another thing coming, Vore Machine. In the form of my fist.
-
âA shut-in? Sounds like it will be a challenge just to get a conversation going.â
yeah.... not like youve.... ever dealt with someone like that....... before....... hehe.... heh..............
-
how long has Datz been in jail if he already knows the cafeteria itineraryÂ
-
um guys; maybe you should be a tiny bit more concerned about Athena??
-
i just realized the Shichishito is gold. Itâs green, you idiots. Or is that one too bent and bloody for display??
-
thats it folks thats spirit of justiceÂ
apollo has become a living title drop
hes fuckin dead
-
what kind of bullets were those
-
yeah apollo, a fledgeling is equivalent to a private.
...also youre not a fledgeling youre near full experience capacity. this is your third... (and last...) year.
-
so Dhurke is in full stealth mode until it comes to a remotely operated drone that could have literally anybody on the other side? brilliant, pal.Â
this is why your revolutionâs taken like 23 years to get off the ground, jsyk.
-
...k komandir?
i thought you were supposed to be a parody of The Soldier. what are you doing calling people by Russian military names? did the red scare not happen in this reality?
-
pfftÂ
itâs so cute.Â
im struggling between finding it adorable and being uncomfortableÂ
-
âin other words, something caused him to withdraw from the world...â
maybe his momâs death??? maybe?????
does anyone in this game understand how a bad thing make a peoplesâ brain go???
-
pretty impressive that a womanâs body could provide sufficient cushioning to soften such a drop.
-
lol. death attributed to random maniac. thanks soj.
-
âPrivate Justice! Youâve suffered a loss just like mine!â
âI have... and thats how I know how you feel.â
yes, i can remember exactly happened when i was a one-year old in diapers. exactly the same kind of pain and trauma.
look i know theyre trying to have a moment but thereâs a huge difference between growing up orphaned and being recently bereaved. Sure, Apolloâs seen his fair share of hardship and his experiences arenât to be devalued, but itâs not the same kind of pain as having your parents die later in your life, especially with the momâs horrific demise.
Honestly, itâd make more sense if he brought up Clay, since Clay was with him since he was very small and his death was sudden and deeply unfair.
BUT CLAYâS IN THE PAST, CLAY DOESNâT EXIST, WHOâS CLAY?? I DONT KNOW BACK TO SPIRIT OF JUSTICE

fuck this I'm gonna finish this stupid puzzle without this gameâs help or die tryingÂ

...ah. my personal need for pattern and order blinded me to the truth
oh well; itâs open now. iâm gonna smash Eshiroâs stupid smirking face with it.

âopening that box means you're the best lawyer ever! enjoy leaving the series forever!!!â
-
âA royal stole that orbâ
stole it... as opposed to just taking it and doing whatever they want with it because itâs theirs and thereâs absolutely no reason to have to âstealâ it.Â
unless they wanted to frame the rebels i guess but like. theyre rebels. theyre already pretty hated
-
âit would be seen as utter sacrilege to let a foreign man study this artifactâ
oh also it would debunk that whole âexplodes your face if you look at itâ thing
-
...here we go...
-
âhe used to be a nice kid, but now...â
heâs an enourmous shitstain?
âhe tried to convict trucy for a crime she didnt even commit...â
ok, apollo. there are a zillion valid reasons to hate sadmad, and yes, his reasoning in that trial was shit. but just being a prosecutor and doing what a prosecutor is meant to do doesnât make him evil. he isnât about to just roll over because the defendantâs your sisââ er, best friend.
-
he... could be playing the long game, and interfering could fuck up his plan, Dhurke. Also how was he a rebel and then somehow managed to get into good graces with the royals? Itâs already been proven that Dhurkeâs Dummy Dragon Gang suck at being stealthy or having any sense of self-preservation. I doubt they just wouldnât recognize Sadmad
-
âitâs not conviction that fills his heart; itâs resignation and despairâ
are you telling me Sadmad is the equivalent of a guy in a dead end office job taking it out on his coworkers
-
âThe only thing I know for sure is... Nahyuta is suffering, and he is suffering in silenceâ
edgeworth: been there, done that!
blackquill: BEEN THERE, DONE THAT
-
ya sure put a lot of stock in Sadmad, Dhurke. i mean i guess heâs your son but seriously; if you're a proper rebel youâd cut your losses and get on with shit already with or without him
-
...yâknow, this speech about lawyers being like dragons kind of doesnât have the same emotion impact and gravitas that the non-dragon one in T&T did.
-
oh how... charming...
*Americaâs* badge is shaped like a sunflower... and Kooraheenâs is shaped like a buggy eye.
-
YARGH
dont DO that
your voice is BAD
-
âheâs my son! therefor he has to believe in the same thing as me! nothing, not even torture could have changed him!â
cue Gredgeworthâs awkward cough from the afterlife.
-
âYou know, I remember when Nahyuta and I were kids, he used to say with great pride âI have the blood of a dragon in me!ââ
cue tiny apollo feeling left out and alone because he doesnât know what kind of blood is in himÂ
-
>reform court system
>rescue son
well... i guess there could be worse reasons to start a revolution.
-
âI mean, what are fathers for?!â
(Â âI... I wouldnât know...â)Â
WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT, GAME
ARE YOU TRYING TO BREAK MY HEART
YOU CANâT GIVE APOLLO ALL THESE EMOTIONS WHEN YOUâRE ALSO SHAFTING HIS ASS AT THE SAME TIME
SHAME ON YOU
-
HE HAS A BROKEN ARM
HOWS HE GONNA SWIM
-
oh its high tide yay
oh itâs... really high tide
wow.
-
well this is fun. i daresay id really like this sequence... if it wasnât in this game.
-
ïżœïżœïżœoh no... the water might carry me up to the way out of here... how awful.â
lol can you imagine if this was timed tho
-
oh hey itâs the DD panic panic song. i liked that one. it deserves its spot in the suspense music roster.
-
yâknow at this point i kinda hope he really just dies
wouldnât that be a kicker
not that i hate apollo or anything but I'm just............... so tired
-
apolloâs pretty calm for a drowning person
iâve nearly suffocated before and the only thing going through my head was AIR AIR AIR GET AIR GET AIR GET AIR AIR AIR
-
baby apollo: waahhhh!!! weâre both perfectly dry!!! the artist didnât bother to make us look wet in the flashback!
-
A) Little Apollo doesnât even call Dhurke âDaddyâ or âPapaâ despite being raised by him since infant hood, possibly meaning Dhurke gave him the âYouâre adoptedâ speech pretty early. Or else kids that âarenât really my sonâ have to go by name basis. See? Nahyuta calls him father.Â
B) Haha! Boys donât cry, not-son! Suck those sissy tears back up into your skull, or youâll look gay! It doesnât matter that youâre like five and you almost drowned to death! Donât embarrass me!
-
âDonât ever hesitate to call when you need meâ
oh but apollo your ass gets shipped back to america tomorrow ok
-
no seriously. on one hand; why did apollo get sent away? why couldnât he be a rebel alongside nahyuta and fight for his family? on the other hand, why didnât dhurke send nahyuta with him? if apolloâs going away because itâs dangerous, why is nahyuta staying with dhurke in the path of danger?
to be honest I'm ashamed that I'm crying, but itâs less about this scene being sad as fuck and more about the fact that I know that none of this is ever really resolved. Dhurke is still a piece of shit who made no attempt to contact apollo for years until he needed a favour out of him. and Apollo has to live with this stupid backstory because ESHIRO thought it would be dramatic and cool. Apolloâs going to âgo homeâ, leave the series... He doesnât even know heâs leaving his last scrap of real family who gives a shit about him behind in America.
Apollo doesnât deserve this.Â
-
Dhurke, with superman theme playing in the background: Redeeming my character! By saving your life! Redeeming my character! By saving your life! Though only a heartless, shithead person, would leave you behind to die! So this isnât great.
-
...is he holding him in his broken arm
wait is that arm even broken
has he just been holding it like itâs in a sling for no reason this whole time
-
âStill canât swim, eh?â
oh fuck offÂ
-
âGood thing your nameâs not Neptune, hahahaha!â
A) OH FUCK OFF
B) NEPTUNE IS A SEA GOD, HEâD ACTUALLY BE RESISTANT TO WATER
-
WHOA FUCK HOLY SHIT
vore machine came out of nowhere and oh
also he is also laughing at a guy who almost drowned
well arenât these two just the greatest men on earth huh
Trucy: :) lets make this drowning thing seem like no big deal by playing it off and not even asking if you're okay at all :))))
-
great... now he owes his life to him.... that completely cancels out every other piece of baggage.....
remember........ when edgeworth owed his life to phoenix......... remember how he was 100% okay after that and not fucked up at all................ remember how he just popped back into the series without any changes whatsoever apart from being phoenixâs friend again........................................
-
âGLAD TO SEE YOURE NOT CRYING SON; IM GLAD YOU GREW UP INTO THE EMOTIONALLY STUNTED MAN I ALWAYS WANTED, EVEN WITHOUT MY STELLAR PARENTAL GUIDANCE! THAT LONELY ORPHANAGE MUST HAVE TOUGHENED YOU UP GOOD! HAH-HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!â
-
yâknow in the interim i was thinkingÂ
Rebel Apollo would be great. heâd probably be an enormous goofus but at least heâd be happy and maybe Dhurkeâs shitty plan would get off the ground because an actual smart person would be part of the team.
-
listen to that fuckin âwe solved the caseâ music.
(sigh)
at least apollo is eating.
Turnabout Revolution... End
heh i wish
-
âSure wish Nahyuta was hereâ
I donât.
-
you fucking morons. you colossal fucking asshats. i knew this was coming
Dhurke: DURR LETS TALK ABOUT THIS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT ITEM IN A PLACE WHERE WE KNOW THE GUY WHO WANTS THIS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT ITEM IS! WHATS A STEALTH????
This is why the revolution has taken 20 FCKIN YEARS to take off. Because Dhurke and his band of nincompoops are all incompetent fuckwits.
-
huh i can see where Nahyuta gets his magic clap from.
also say it you loser say bitch
say bitch
say bitch
say bitch
-
A) If the âcrystalâ is a fake thing, his police report probably wouldnât check out cause I'm P sure that people canât just file police reports for anything without proof of previously owning it.
B) Dhurke. Youâre a rebel. Shoot someone. Throw a smoke bomb. Gently jog away? Idk if that works in America but it sure as hell works in Kooraheen.
-
no. donât do it. donât you fucking doââ
oh, i just saw a ghost.
The ghost of the potential any sequels past AJ had. It blinked at me sorrowfully before CAPCOM busted it and crammed it into the Containment Unit.
-
(sigh) Ok (most likely) fake shit aside, that would make Atishon related to Maya, and the âheirloomâ would more probably be Mayaâs. Why is this excuse present at all anyway itâs stupid.
-
Apollo it shouldnât fuckin matter; itâs a court case. Just prove the orb isnât the Crystal of Ami Fey and you win the case. You know that Phoenix doesnât cheat and youâre pretty certain that the crystal really is the Founderâs Orb, so you shouldnât be upset about anything. This isnât a murder trial, itâs a dispute over ownership of an item. You know youâre in the right, so you ought to be able to win the trial. Thereâs literally no stakes apart from the fact that youâre facing your boss... but so what? That can happen... I assume, Iâm not versed in that sort of thing. But either way, lawyers sometimes have to face off against each other... it happens. You had to face Nahyuta. Now you face Phoenix. Unless you think Phoenix will cheat, or that you donât have sufficient info on the orb, then thereâs legitimately no fucking problem. I mean yeah, sucks to go to court, but who gives a fuck? Win the trial and skip back to Kooraheen to overthrow the oppressive regime.
-
I donâtÂ
what is the fucking problem
one of you gets payed, you both work at the same place
it doesnât matter
-
APOLLO. You KNOW his methods. You know that he wins because his clients are innocent, and would graciously hand over victory if it was clear you were in the right; YOU HAVE TO KNOW THIS. YOUâRE HIS BIGGEST FAN, REMEMBER??
Unless you think heâd fucking cheat for a skeezy politician for money in which case, nice. Gotta love that trust and belief that DD was building up there.
âCan I do it? Can I fight him?â YES ITS NOT EVEN A MURDER TRIAL
-
âMay the best attorney winâÂ
well so much for finding the truth or whatever. Also Phoenix should be proud that Apollo is willing to go up against him; it shows heâs coming into his own. Thereâs literally no reason for them to be on shit terms right now.
-
âA fine mess Iâve gotten you into, son.â
Hey shithead that wasnât an apology. Also yeah, go on and on about how good a lawyer Phoenix is just to scare Apollo. Brilliant.
-
âThe first step of your revolution, huh?â
The first step. 20 years and heâs only just taking the first step. Not the first step to the end of the revolution; the first step to the revolution itself.
-
Welp, weâre off to fight over the possession of an oversized marble in court. Seeya next time i guess...
#ooc#sulking over SOJ#soj spoilers#soj spoilers obvs]#things we've learned today: Dhurke Sadmahdi is a lazy insensitive incompetent pieceof shit

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney â Spirit of Justice
WARNING: I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL GAME REVIEWER, GAME CRITIC, OR WRITER. The following is just purely my opinion and reaction to the game. Also, ENGLISH IS NOT MY FIRST LANGUAGE. So, yeah, Iâm sure there will be a grammar mistake somewhere there. Please donât be a grammar nazi. Lastly, THIS WILL NOT BE AN ENTIRELY SERIOUS REVIEW. Yay. *insert cute puppy face*
DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING. The games I am reviewing belong to their respective owner(s). I DONâT GAIN ANY PROFIT FROM THIS, EITHER.
seeing your previous player character on the other side of the courtroom would make anyone scream
Okay, first, let me lay down some rationale for this game. The Ace Attorney franchise is really, really close to my heart. If Pokemon holds my past and my childhood, the Ace Attorney holds the key to my future â as dramatic as it sounds. The Ace Attorney is what pushed me to take the path of being a lawyer. Of course, itâs not the whole reason (Iâm not too keen on putting my whole life and future over a single game, after all), the other is the desire to change all the stupid things that is happening around me. But still, it is what introduced me to the greatness of law, the importance of finding the truth, and the great feeling of satisfaction you get once you have found it.
note to self: donât fangirl too much and read the important details. seriously.
CHARACTERS:
The Legend, Phoenix Wright
Let me say one thing, itâs really, really weird facing Phoenix in a courtroom battle. For five games, Iâve played as him, and then suddenly weâre battling against him as Apollo in a civil case!? I mean, we all anticipated it ever since we briefly controlled Edgeworth in Trials and Tribulations and acted as a Defense Attorney, but seeing the legendary Phoenix Wright on the other side of the courtroom is still surprising.
And scary. Definitely scary. Seeing Phoenix frown seriously, smirk and do a complete turnabout (which, normally is a good thing for us since weâre normally him) made Apollo (and us, the player) really quake in his boots. Itâs like heâs getting back for all the abuse he received for being the butt monkey of the courtroom for the past 4 games!
Other than the very memorable Case 4, Phoenix goes back to being on our side again for the rest of the cases. I especially love the fact that even though 8 or so years has passed; Phoenixâs protectiveness over Maya has never failed. He went to another freaking country just because of a phone call for her! He fought on the wrong side of the truth (which is basically the opposite of his whole values) for her! He knowingly risked his life over her (though then again, this partâs nothing new)!
Every girl needs a Phoenix in her life, man. (NaruMayo ship: *sails*)
serious!Phoenix would make anyone tremble
Courtroom Revolutionaire, Apollo Justice
Okay, first of all, let me clarify; I KNOW THAT THIS TITLE BELONGS TO ATHENA. But it just fits, you know? (Also, I donât know how to spell.)
I donât care that the title of the game says Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney; Apollo is the real star of this game (itâs like the reversed version of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, where the real conflict is about Phoenix.). I believe in the wandering fan theory that this last three games (Apollo Justice: AA, AA: Dual Destinies, and AA: Spirit of Justice) is about Apollo, similar to how the first three games (Phoenix Wright: AA, AA: Justice for All and AA: Trials and Tribulations) is about Phoenix.
And man, how those three games did a wonderful job building up Apollo into the brave little bird he is now. AJ shows how he starts as a rookie defense attorney, DD shows his high school-college past (aka Clay MY GOD *eternal crying*), and lastly, SoJ shows his childhood and ends in how he starts being a professional defense attorney (thus, making a complete, albeit reversed, circle).
Spirit of Justice shows a lot of tearjerker, heart-pulling and gasp-inducing scenes for Apollo that at this point in time I donât know how he managed to not break down. Oh wait, he did break down, he even have a new, special animation for it. And my god that scene⊠I didnât shed a single tear at that point, because I was just so horrified and overwhelmed and whatishappeningisthisreallyhappening. Yeah, that feeling. (I did cry, a lot, but at the later point of the game since it took time for my mind to acknowledge that ohmyggoditreallyhappenedhuuuHUHUHUHU-)
So yeah. Apollo really received his most-deserved characterization and development in this game.
The Funeral Prosecutor, Nahyuta Sahdmadhi
Nahyuta. Nahyuta⊠Is my baby. Because, really, heâs just so cute and naiive in some of the things! I mean sure, heâs really nasty, but so are the other prosecutors and you donât see me hating on them (in fact Franziska is totally my role model). But we canât all deny the fact that heâs really kind and gentle on other people, look at Ema for instance (itâs clear that he likes her btw, I just canât decide if itâs platonic or romantic, since my KlEma heartâs really against it).
And just like any main prosecutors in any games, Nahyuta receives wonderful characterization and character development as the game progresses. Similar to Apollo, a lot of tearjerker scenes is about him, especially when you discover how much has he sacrificed for his familyâŠ
And Nahyutaâs totally an overprotective brother to Rayfa. I canât wait to see the next game just to see their post-game interactions. Â
look at this two original assistant babies turning to mature babies
The Ace Assistant, Maya Fey
MAYA. SHEâS BACK. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-
Ace Attorney fans have fully risen from the dead the moment the trailer showed Maya returning for this game. Itâs what we have been wishing for in these past two games! Our beloved Ace Assistant is back! And partnered with Phoenix no less! Sarcastic conversations! Funny interactions! Ladders vs. Stepladders!
Our original Ace Attorney duo is back! AAAAAAAAA-
But still, of course 8 years have passed, so itâs inevitable for Maya to change. Even though most of the time sheâs still childish and funny, there are still many scenes scattered all around the game that shows her all grown up that you canât help but remember her older sister, Mia. The game shows Mature Maya, the Leader of the Kurain Village.
Also, the Spirit Channeling scene is very, very beautiful. Iâm glad that we actually saw it for the first time.
lilâ princess is just so cute!
The Priestess, Rayfa Padma Khuraâin
Princess Rayfa is a cinnamon roll. A tsundere cinnamon roll, and that what makes her a very cute and wonderful and funny assistant.
Serious talk though, Rayfa is the youngest (except for Ahlbi) character to be introduced in this game, and it shows. Although she acts all high-and-mighty and incredibly mature due to her status as a priestess, there are times that her childishness shows true. And I think itâs completely okay â and Phoenix and Maya does to. She tries too hard to immediately grow up , but what she doesnât know is that being true to your age gives you wonders too.
And, oh god, the pressure given to her by her mother⊠I can totally relate.
That scene when she was asked to show her (adoptive) fatherâs death in a Divination SĂ©ance⊠it made me cry for Rayfa [seriously, this game made me cry a lot]. Sure, weâve seen her faint a lot of the times, but itâs only for dramatics; to show how horrified she was that we beat her. But that scene⊠is the real deal. We actually saw Rayfa going pale, gasping for air, eyes wide⊠and faints. Itâs â just â so heartbreakingâŠ
can we all just cry
The Dragon, Dhurke Sahdmadhi
Oh my gosh, where do I even start.
*cries*
My first impression of Dhurke during the trailer was heâs the typical rebel antagonist in a game. And it continued on as we first got a glance on him at the end of the second trial.
Oh boy am I glad to be wrong.
I admit â Dhurke has not been a particularly good father to Apollo. Sure heâs got his reasons, being busy with the rebellion and all, but imagining a little Apollo hoping for his father to show up, pick him up and get him out of his misery â yet incredibly devastated as later, he will know that no one will show up, really broke my heart. Apollo did not deserve that. No child deserves that.
But oh man, he still loves Apollo. He loves Nahyuta. He loves Rayfa. He loves his children â anyone playing the game can see that. He just shows it in a different way, but every action he takes â itâs for the sake of his family. (Nahyuta really is similar to his father)
SPOILER
Too bad heâs not even alive. I canât believe all the time weâve spent with him as Apollo is⊠not exactly a lie, the interactions with him is the truth â he loves Apollo. But⊠you know.
Imagining his thought process while he was being spirit channeled by Maya and spending time with his son he had only seen now for the past two decades⊠is very depressing.
The Childhood Duo, Athena Cykes and Simon Blackquill
I admit, I am disappointed with these two. Well, not these two exactly, theyâre perfect just the way they are (I MEAN CAN YOU BELIEVE IT SIMON AND ATHENA TEAMING UP. THE PSYCHOLOGY CHILDHOOD FRIENDS, DEFENSE-PROSECUTOR DUO IS TEAMING UP AAAAAA-), but Iâm more sad in the roles they are given. More specifically, the wasted potential of their roles.
The theme of the whole game is inheritance. Inheritance from parent to child, and inheritance from teacher to student. And Athena and Simonâs ace â Psychology â is literally that, an inheritance from Metis Cykes!
They donât need to create a whole batch of other characters. Iâm not saying the Rakugo case sucks â itâs very new considering we have another Japanese culture-themed case; and the fact that a psychological disease (the multiple personalities stuff) is the main turning point of this case makes it a perfect case for Simon and Athena â but maybe they should have used it for the next game?
Athena and Simon were only introduced in the last game â so Iâm definitely hungry for more backstory and deeper characterization for these two wonderful characters. And what better way for us to get to know more about theme more intimately than to get to know these twoâs most important person, Metis Cykes, and her gift to them?
But hey â Iâm complaining but Iâm not particularly shunning these two and Case 3. As I said, Case 3 is a wonderful and genius case (but what would you expect from Ace Attorney, right?). Itâs just that, the potentialâŠ
The Game
So far, this game has the largest amount of âgimmicksâ or âpowersâ featured. Phoenixâs Magatama, Apolloâs bracelet, Athenaâs Widget, Emaâs Forensic stuff, and the newly introduced Rayfaâs Divination SĂ©ance. I think the only missing power is Edgeworthâs Logic Chess, and we have the complete set!
Each of them is unique and special in their own way, and they definitely made the game much more exciting and enjoyable. OF course, the traditional courtroom battle is as hard, mysterious and exciting as ever! Â I cannot even predict who the culprit was in the start of the case, and if it was obvious who did it (like, it was showed in the initial cutscene or was directly implied), I canât figure out how he/she did it without the help of the character Iâm acting as. Which is a new thing for me, since in the past games, I already know who the real culprit is even before the player character knows. Well, most of the time, at least.
And the plot, oh the plot was absolutely complicated and mind blowing itâs wonderful. The family drama is as â if not more â dramatic than the T&T one. And thatâs saying something, considering that the Fey clanâs story is really complicated too. And as I mentioned earlier, this game gave meat for the characterization of several characters.
Also, it made me cry probably around ten times.
 FINAL REMARKS
DO I EVEN HAVE TO? GO PLAY IT. Though if you still havenât play the previous games yet, do that first THEN PLAY THIS. THE STORY IS GOOD. THE GAMEPLAY IS AWESOME. THE CHARACTERS ARE WONDERFUL. *eternal scream*
FINAL NOTES: IâM SORRY IF I MISSED ANYTHING. What I wrote here are the things that really stood out to me. My aim is not to review everything about the game, but to write what I remember the most and what my reaction to it. If I did react to the whole game, it would take about 20 pages or so in MS word. (This is 4 pages, btw)
